Privacy policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data AJAN Growth Analytics collects through this website, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We have tried to keep it short and plain.
Who we are
AJAN Growth Analytics is currently run by its founder and co-founder and is not yet registered as a limited company. The controller of your personal data is Afran Noel and Fabian Noel, who trade together as AJAN Growth Analytics and can be contacted at info@ajangrowth.com. If we incorporate as a limited company in future, we will update this section with the company's registered name, number and office address. [ICO registration number, once registered — see ico.org.uk to check whether registration is required].
You can contact us about privacy at info@ajangrowth.com.
What we collect and why
- Enquiry form. When you request an audit we collect your name, work email, company website, monthly ad spend range and any message you write. We use this to reply to you and to prepare your audit. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
- Email. If you email us we keep the message and your address so we can respond.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may process your IP address and browser details in server logs to keep the site secure and working.
- Analytics and advertising data. Only if you accept cookies. See the cookies section below.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We ask for your consent before using any that are not strictly necessary.
- Strictly necessary. We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask you on every visit. This does not need consent.
- Analytics. If you accept, we may use tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.
- Advertising measurement. If you accept, we may use tags from Google Ads and Meta to measure how our own ad campaigns perform. These providers may set cookies and receive data about your visit.
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run the site and our business, under agreements that protect it:
- Web3Forms, which delivers our contact form submissions to us by email.
- Cloudflare, which hosts and secures this website.
- Our email provider, Google Workspace.
- Google and Meta, only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on an appropriate safeguard, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep them for the length of our work together and as long as the law requires afterwards. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the tool we use.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, in some circumstances;
- restrict or stop how we use your data, in some circumstances;
- send your data to you or another organisation in a portable format;
- stop using your data where we rely on our legitimate interests.
Where we rely on your consent, such as for cookies, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. We aim to reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to fix the problem first.
